The Corps Commander-level talks between India and China that went on for over 11 hours on Monday were cordial, positive and held in a constructive atmosphere. On the other hand Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is in Russia where negotiations on other important defense deals, including early delivery of the S-400 missile defense system, are underway.
