North Korea vows to send millions of anti-South leaflets across the border

North Korea says it has prepared 12 million propaganda leaflets to send across the border to South Korea as “retaliatory punishment”, the North’s state media said on June 22, 2020. Pyongyang has slammed defectors living in the South for launching balloons carrying propaganda pamphlets across the border.
