West Indies all-rounder Kirk Edwards admitted that he and Chris Gayle were fighting back tears as Sachin Tendulkar gave his famous farewell speech at the Wankhede Stadium after his final Test match in 2013. India had beaten the Darren Sammy-led West Indies by an innings and 126 runs. Tendulkar himself scored 74 while Cheteshwar Pujara and Rohit Sharma scored centuries. "I had my shades on.
