The effects of the Coronavirus lockdown have been felt all around the world. Jobs have been lost - lives have been put on hold. But it's not just people who have felt the impact. In Bolivia - stray animals have suffered because of Covid-Nineteen. But one man is determined to do something about that - as the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
