Eddie Fogler, a consultant who helps colleges find head coaches, shares his input on how the NCAA Power 6 basketball conferences can increase its share of black coaches. He called on head coaches to continue to educate, empower and teach their assistant coaches the ins-and-outs of the job. Most black coaches at major levels of the NCAA are assistants.
