Actor Danny Masterson, star of “That '70s Show,” was charged Wednesday on three counts of rape that occurred between 2001 and 2003. If convicted, Masterson faces up to 45 years in prison. Masterson has denied the allegations. The victims said they have suffered “continued harassment, embarrassment and re-victimization” at the hands of Masterson and the Church of Scientology, which Masterson is a member, since they began cooperating with authorities.
