Boiled Potato - 4 Medium Size
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Ginger
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Dalchini / Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch piece
Laung / Cloves - 2
Kali Mirch / Black Peppercorns - 4 to 5
Tej Patta - 1
Sabut Lal Mirch - 1
Kali Elaichi / Black Cardamom - 1 Small Size
Jeera / Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 2 pinch
Haldi / Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania / Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Kasoori Methi
Roasted Besan - 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Coriander Leaves - For Garnishing
Ghee / Butter - 1 tsp
