Footage shows heavy rain storms sweeping through Taichung, Taiwan on June 14.

Strong winds accompanied by rain showers caused minor flooding along city streets.

Onlooker Lin Yuwen said he was stuck outside because of the rain and he had to wait for it to stop before leaving.

He said: "For all my friends in Taichung, be safe when driving on rainy days like this.''
