China orders investigation of deadly highway fuel tanker blast

China’s State Council has ordered an investigation into a deadly highway fuel tanker explosion near Wenling, a small coastal city in the eastern province of Zhejiang. At least 19 people were killed and 172 others were injured during the June 13, 2020, blast which also damaged hundreds of nearby homes and knocked down several buildings.
