Pullover & Press 3x171.75lb

Weights used: 44lb, 98.5lb, 121.25lb, 148.75lb Switched to Power BarPB 149lb, 171.75lb, 185.5lb
Well, these were interesting! Started out just fine but, quickly my right shoulder mysteriously started acting up. Shoulder hasn't bothered for me for a while so, for it to start acting up out of the blue was odd. Then I noticed that I was losing my balance going back. Finally figured out that a short stump is good for Pulling over from the ground but, is TERRIBLE for starting from the top!! Thinking that it was a bar issue, I changed from my Werksan Weightlifting bar to a very stiff Power Bar but, NO CHANGE. Quickly figured out that a taller stump would work better and you can just see how much better these went!! Just a bit of patience and an open mind is all you need right?? God Bless!!
