The 121st Covid-19 fatality involved an Indian national who was a detainee at the Bukit Jalil immigration centre, says Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said that on Sunday, adding that the test for Covid-19 on the detainee turned out positive and the full post-mortem result is still underway.
