The court said that the DM's order cannot be different from the central government's guidelines. In fact, in view of the increasing infection of Corona virus in Noida, the local administration ordered Institutional Quarantine instead of Home Quarantine. Under which the entire area was sealed after being found corona positive .... The Supreme Court has criticized the decision to seal the entire area instead of sealing the house of the corona infected.

उत्तर प्रदेश में कोरोना के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं..इस बीच क्‍वारंटाइन के नियमों को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नोएडा के कलेक्‍टर सुहास एल वाई को कड़ी फटकार लगाई है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि डीएम का आदेश केंद्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों से अलग नहीं हो सकता है. दरअसल, नोएडा में कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए स्‍थानीय प्रशासन ने होम क्‍वारंटाइन की जगह इंस्‍टीट्यूशनल क्‍वारंटाइन का आदेश दिया था. जिसके तहत कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए जाने पर पूरे इलाके को ही सील कर दिया गया....कोरोना संक्रमित के घर को सील करने की बजाय पूरे एरिया को सील करने के फैसले की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आलोचना की है
