In 1761 Balaji Baji Rao also known as Nana Saheb Peshwa, died after losing in the battle of Panipat. He had also contributed in the development of Pune. 1761: नाना साहेब पेशेवा का निधन हुआ था...बालाजी बाजी राव को नाना साहेब पेशवा के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, पानीपत की लड़ाई में हारने के बाद उनकी मृत्यु हो गई। उन्होंने पुणे के विकास में भी योगदान दिया था। पानीपत की लड़ाई में, उन्हें मराठों की हार के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया थ
