WHAT IS DHOLERA Sir?
Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) is a Greenfield Industrial Smart City Planned and located approximately 100 km South West of Ahmedabad. Spanning approximately 920 Sqkm, encompassing 22 villages of the Dholera Taluka in the District of Ahmedabad, is envisaged to be Bigger than the city of Ahmedabad. It is strategically located between the Industrial cities of Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot and Bhavnagar. It is Part of the Prestigious Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Project.
Dholera Industrial City will have its own Self-Sustaining Eco System consisting of Economic drivers through Industrialization, Utility & Logistic Infrastructure. In terms of Planning, the distribution of Open GreenSpaces& Social Infrastructure builds upon the Core Strategy of creating a City for the people. Based on this Strategy the guiding principle of LIVE- WORK- PLAY was adopted.
