Description The National Zoo of Bangladesh is located at Mirpur, Dhaka. It is an institution under the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of the Government of Bangladesh. The zoo was established in 1950 as an animal exhibition on the premises of the High Court. It was later relocated to its present location in 1984.
