The Supreme Court had asked the Center why private and charitable hospitals are asked to treat Corona free. On this, the Center said that we do not have the statutory power. देश में कोरोना के मामले लगातार बढ़ते जा रहे है.. अब आकड़ा दो लाख 27 हजार पार कर गया है. वहीं कोरोना इलाज के खर्च का मसले पर एक बार फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र से पूछा था कि क्यों नहीं प्राइवेट और धर्मार्थ अस्पतालों से कोरोना का फ्री इलाज करने के लिए कहा जाता है. इस पर केंद्र ने कहा कि हमारे पास वैधानिक शक्ति नहीं है. इस जवाब के बाद कोर्ट ने पूछा कि क्या आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत इलाज नहीं किया जा सकता?
