South Africans gathered outside the South African Parliament in Cape Town to show solidarity with the global George Floyd and Black Lives Matter protests.

They also built a memorial outside the parliament for Collins Khosa, a South African who died at the hands of South African soldiers during the country's Covid 19 lockdown. The officers were cleared of responsibility for his death.
