USA Protest: White House Bunker जहां संकट में सेफ किये जाते हैं President | Trump | वनइंडिया हिंदी

As protesters gathered outside the White House Friday night in Washington, DC, President Donald Trump was briefly taken to the underground bunker for a period of time, according to a White House official and a law enforcement source. The President was there for a little under an hour before being brought upstairs. A law enforcement source and another source familiar with the matter tell CNN that first lady Melania Trump and their son, Barron, were also taken to the bunker.

दूसरे विश्‍व युद्ध के दौरान अमेरिका को डर था कि कहीं दुश्‍मन हवाई हमलों के जरिए व्हाइट हाउस को निशाना न बना ले। तब राष्‍ट्रपति फ्रैंकलिन डी. रूजवेल्‍ट थे जिनकी सुरक्षा के लिए वाइट हाउस के नीचे ही 1942 में बंकर तैयार किया गया। अगर वाइट हाउस की सिक्‍योरिटी में कोई ब्रीच होता है तो राष्‍ट्रपति समेत सभी जरूरी हस्तियों को PEOC के बिल्‍कुल बगल में स्थित, एक्‍जीक्‍यूटिव ब्रीफिंग रूम ले जाया जाता है। यहां पर टीवी, फोन, हाईस्‍पीड इंटरनेट समेत कम्‍युनिकेशन के लेटेस्‍ट इक्विपमेंट्स मौजूद रहते हैं ताकि राष्‍ट्रपति अपना काम जारी रख सकें। PEOC में मिलिट्री और नान-कमिशंड ऑफिसर्स लगातार तैनात रहते हैं।
