वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना ने गरीबों के लिए कुछ ज्यादा ही मुसीबतें खड़ी कर दी है। लॉकडाउन से पूर्व ठेले पर सब्जियां बेच कर अपने परिवार का भरन पोषण करने वाले शैलेश साव को जब परदेश में मकान मालिक ने किराया के लिए तंग करना शुरू कर दिया तब उसने अपने ठेला को सपरिवार घर वापसी का साधन बना लिया और पूरे परिवार के साथ बिहार के पटना जाने के लिए दुर्गापुर से प्रस्थान कर गया। न सरकारी बस, न ट्रेन और न हीं सरकारी हवाई जहाज का इंतजार किया। क्योंकि उसका ठेला उन तमाम सरकारी मददों से ज्यादा मददगार निकला।
