Homemade Cream Cheese

Ingredients
Milk - 1 ltr
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp

Preparation
1. Heat a pan, add 1 ltr Milk. Bring the milk to boil.
2. Once the milk boils, simmer the flame and keep stirring.
3. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to this and stir the milk.
4. Milk starts to curdle. Add rest of the lemon juice to this.
5. Now you can see the cream cheese will be separated.
6. Strain this using a cheese cloth and a strainer.
7. Squeeze the Cream cheese in the cheese cloth and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
8. The Cream Cheese will be nice and dry now. Grind it to a fine paste in mixer blender. At this point add Salt for flavour.
9. If your Cream Cheese is on a thicker side, you can add the liquid we strained off to this while grinding in the mixer blender to loosen it up a little bit.
10. Homemade Cream Cheese is ready.
