NHRC questions MHA, Railways for deaths of migrants

The NHRC has issued notices to the Home ministry' the Railways and the governments of Gujarat and Bihar for the death of migrants, the commission not only seeks a report within four weeks but also blasted the government for the inhuman treatment of the migrants.
