Ever since the pandemic began - countries around the world have been desperately trying to get hold of personal protective equipment - or PPE. That's the gloves, facemasks and gowns needed for doctors, nurses and carers. But what happens when these items - mostly made of plastic - get thrown away? The BBC's Tim Allman reports on the potential hazards of discarded PPE.
