लद्दाख में भारत को घेरने में जुटे चीन को हॉन्ग कॉन्ग में तगड़ा झटका लगा है। कई बार हिंसक हो चुके विरोध प्रदर्शनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए चीनी सरकार ने हॉन्ग-कॉन्ग के लिए नैशनल सिक्यॉरिटी कानून को संसद में पेश किया है। जिसके खिलाफ हॉन्ग कॉन्ग में सड़कों पर लाखों लोग उग्र प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।
