The residents of a small South London square come out in their spandex and kooky costumes for a 12-hour 'doorstep-athon' led by self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast Simon Garner to raise money for three London charities. Joined by alpacas from the local urban farm, residents follow the cues of Simon and his assistants as they do different exercises in sync.
