Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju has said that a detailed SOP has been prepared and has been sent to various federations in order to resume athletes' training. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) announced fresh guidelines for lockdown 4.0 among them was the decision to allow the use of sports stadiums and complexes but without any spectators.
