Heavy thunder roared and darkness loomed over the capital as high-velocity dust storm accompanied with gusty winds swept Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) on Thursday evening yet again. The sudden change in weather brought the mercury level a few notches down in Delhi and nearby Noida and Gurugram.
