Heavy Mumbai rains bring life to standstill

Mumbai on Monday woke up to heavy rainfall and grey skies after almost a week of no rain. Downpour lashed the metropolis and Thane district throughout the night, causing water-logging at many places, hence slowing the movement of suburban trains and road traffic, causing inconvenience to office goers.
