भारत में कोरोना वायरस के केसों में एक दिन में सबसे ज्यादा उछाल देखने को मिली है. 16 मई को COVID-19 के 4987 केस रिपोर्ट किए गए. ये एक दिन में सबसे ज्यादा आंकड़ा है. इसके साथ ही, भारत में कोरोना वायरस के केसों का आंकड़ा 90 हजार पार कर गया है. ये केस चीन से भी ज्यादा हैं, जहां पूरी दुनिया में कोरोना वायरस का पहला मामला दर्ज किया गया था. देश में कोरोना वायरस के कुल 90,927 केस हो गए हैं. इसमें से 53,946 एक्टिव केस हैं. 34,108 लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं और 2872 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है.
