During the coronavirus pandemic more and more people are baking during quarantine. While consumers think there is a lack of yeast and flour at supermarkets… The truth is that flour producers can’t get products packaged quick enough because of high demand. Some flour companies are used to selling to bakeries and food co-ops and package big 25lb and 50lb bags. Now these producers are forced to package smaller 2lb bags manually.
