This is my first Video on the channel friends. I will share the process of making delicious paneer momos in this video. Let's start with the ingredients first : For Dough : Maida - One & a Half Cup A pinch of Salt A tea Spoon Oil (to cover the dough before resting it) Water
Filling : Paneer (Cottage Cheese) : 200 gm Onion : 2 medium Cabbage : half cup Ginger and Garlic All finely chooped
Butter to saute the filling
Spices : Cumin (Jeera) One Tea Spoon Momo Masala One Table Spoon Black Salt One Tea Spoon Salt : To Taste MSG (Ajino Motto) Garam Masala Half Tea Spoon
Recipe :
Kneed the dough firmly and then keep it aside for 15 minutes. Saute the filling and allow it to cool. Fill the momos and steam them for 10 minutes. Enjoy Hot :P
