Coronavirus cases in India surge past 85,000, death toll at 2,752

With 3,970 new cases of the coronavirus disease and 103 deaths in last 24 hours, India’s tally of the respiratory illness jumped to 85,940 on Saturday morning, the Union health ministry data showed.
