Terming India’s relationship with China a “mixed picture”, Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar on Wednesday said bilateral ties faced “some challenges” in the recent past, including when it blocked New Delhi’s NSG membership bid and UN sanctions against Pakistani terrorist Masood Azhar.
