ROASTED PEANUTS - 1.5 TABLE SPOON
CHANA DAL - 1 TABLE SPOON
UDAD DAL - 1 TABLE SPOON
HING - 1/4 TEA SPOON
DRY WHOLE RED CHILLY - 2 NOS.
RAW MANGO GRATED - BIG SIZE HALF
BASMATI RICE - HALF BOWL (AROUND 100 GRAMS.)
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TEA SPOON
TURMERIC - HALF TEA SPOON
SALT - TO TASTE
REFINED OIL - 4 TABLE SPOON.

TIP - CAN ADD GRATED FRESH COCONUT FOR MORE TASTE
