Former judge of the Bombay and Allahabad High Court, Abhay Thipsay, has testified in a London court in Nirav Modi's extradition case, which has been attacked by BJP's strongman and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad. He said that the Congress is engaged in saving Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi. He said that there is a retired judge of Mumbai High Court, who has taken the stand as the defense witness of Nirav Modi that there is no case against Nirav Modi.
