Protesting and rallies across the United States have not stopped due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. In fact, COVID-19, social distancing to curb the spread and numerous stay at home orders have resulted in a pivot to different go-to direct-action strategies other than in-person protests, including drive-through car rallies and protest signs from apartment windows, as many call for more protections for essential workers, renters and the reopening of states.
