Singaporeans head to hair salons as some coronavirus measures slightly eased

Some Singaporeans are rushing to get overdue haircuts after the city state eased some “circuit breaker” measures to fight the spread of Covid-19. Barbers and hair salons were allowed to reopen on May 12, 2020, as officials urged people not to rush out all at once, to continue maintaining social distance and fight the deadly coronavirus that is behind the pandemic.
