Tuesday night gave nightmares to India when more than 30 people lost their lives in twin train accident near Harda in Madhya Pradesh. Railway Minister is blaming flash floods for the whole accident and saying human error is nil in this. But, how reasonable it is to claim that even after knowing that the track is on black soil, which gets easily drowned with water pressure, no precautionary measures were taken.
