Spicy Asian Peanut Butter Noodles | The Quarantine Cook

INGREDIENTS

-Udon noodle

-6 Tbsp Peanut butter

-2 Tbsp Soy sauce

-1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar

-Chili oil

-Sesame oil

-Ginger

-Garlic

-Fresh Chili (Can sub dried chili flake)

-Scallion

METHOD

-Finely grate ginger and garlic & thinly slice chilies

-Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic, and ginger in a pot

-Warm until peanut butter becomes loose and sauce forms (If sauce does not thin, gradually add warm water and stir until sauce becomes loose.)

-Garnish with scallion and thinly sliced chilies
