As Patna struggles to stay afloat after massive rains, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's bizarre excuse that "floodwater even inundated American and other parts of the country" has triggered several questions. Over 40 people have been killed in Patna floods and still, the JDU-BJP coalition government is not taking the responsibility.
