Heavy rains threw normal life out of gear in Bihar’s capital Patna. Rainwater entered houses in several parts of the city. Waterlogging in residential areas forced people to leave the city. Meanwhile, no activity by the municipal corporation to rescue people is seen in the submerged city. Watch the ground report.
