Uttar Pradesh: Goons Thrash Restaurant Owner Over Food Bill In Meerut

A scuffle broke out in a restaurant in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut. Drunken goons indulged in violence over food bill . The goons were identifying themselves as leaders and police officers. The scuffle took a violent turn and owner of the restaurant was grieveously injured.
