My one-on-one Functional Strength program incorporates lifting, pressing, pulling, and pushing your bodyweight about. This program consists of BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED levels. The goal is to show you the various types of exciting and fun exercises that you can perform just about anywhere, especially in outside environments, even around your home.

These exercises can be used as functional strength training for women while conducting home functional strength training to increase your functional strength, thus overall increasing your functional strength. It also is used to improve your functional strength, improving your functional strength, and is considered a part of weird functional strength workouts.
