A massive dust storm followed by intermittent spells of rain hit Delhi, Noida and nearby areas, bringing down the temperature in the NCR region on Sunday. Delhi-NCR witnessed a sunny morning, but the visibility got reduced to a minimum around noon as dark clouds covered the sky and rain and high-velocity winds swept the region.
