Japanese digital game giant Nintendo sold 21 million of its Switch consoles in the financial year ending in March 2020. The Covid-19 pandemic, which forced people around the world into home isolation, was credited for better than expected sales for the console, and its fastest-selling game title, Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
