Senator Shannon Grove urges Gov. Newsom to allow houses of worship to reopen as part of Phase 2

Senate Republican Leader Shannon Grove wrote a letter along with another senator asking him to allow houses of worship to reopen as part of phase 2. Grove said it is more important than ever that houses of worship be open for millions of Californians.
