Workers from outside were quarantined at Rishi Bhavan Quarantine Center of Katihar Nagar police station area. Quarantine people created a lot of uproar when they did not get food in this center on Monday morning and now the laborers broke the lock in the midst of rain.

कटिहार नगर थाना क्षेत्र के ऋषि भवन क्वॉरेंटाइन सेंटर में बाहर से आए मजदूरों को क्वॉरेंटाइन किया गया था. सोमवार सुबह ही इस सेंटर में भोजन नहीं मिलने पर क्वारेंटाइन किए गए लोगों ने खूब हंगामा मचाया था और अब बारिश के बीच मजदूर ताला तोड़कर भाग निकले.
