The Board of Supervisors also addressed Tuesday the initial utilization plan for the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act in Kern County. The supervisors unanimously approved the $157 million spending plan Tuesday but County Administrative Officer Ryan Alsop says the plan could be altered as they move forward.
