Omar Abdullah, furious over laborers taking train fare, asked- Where did the PM Cares fund go? The lockdown has been implemented for the third time in the country to face Corona. Due to this lockdown, lakhs of migrant laborers are stranded in different states. The Home Ministry has issued a guideline for the return of these migrants, but they are getting caught up in the matter of taking rent from the states in lieu of the sender.

कोरोना से निपटने के लिए देश में तीसरी बार लॉकडाउन लागू किया गया है. इस लॉकडाउन के चलते लाखों प्रवासी मजदूर अलग-अलग राज्यों में फंसे हैं. इन प्रवासी मजूदरों की घर वापसी के लिए गृह मंत्रालय ने गाइडलाइन तो जारी कर दी है, लेकिन इनको भेजने के एवज में राज्यों से किराया लेने का मामला तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है.
