N.Koreans watch news report of event where Kim appeared

North Koreans at a Pyongyang street watch a television news report on the opening of a fertiliser factory which Kim Jong Un had attended, according to state media. The public appearance was Kim's first in nearly three weeks after intense speculation that he was seriously ill or possibly dead.
