Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was at E-Agenda Aaj Tak today. He objected to Raipur being placed in the red zone and criticised Central govt directive asking states to pay for the transport of migrant workers. He said, This is ridiculous to ask states to pay for bringing stranded migrant workers home. The railways belong to the central government and these migrant workers are Indian citizens.
